Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. During busy periods, such as product launches or sales, processing may take a little longer.
  • UK Delivery:
    • Evri Standard Delivery (Monday-Saturday, 2-4 working days) – £2.95
    • Next Day Delivery (Monday-Thursday, order before 3pm) – £4.95
    • Free Standard Delivery on orders over £60 (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands).
  • USA & Canada Delivery:
    • Standard Tracked Shipping: Flat rate of £12 for all orders below £25.
    • Standard Tracked Shipping: Flat rate of £15 for all orders between £25 - £80.
    • Free Shipping: Standard Tracked Shipping on orders over $100.

VAT & Customs Information

  • USA & Canada:
    • No VAT is charged at checkout. However, customers may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and import fees when the order is delivered. These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer directly to the local customs authorities or delivery service.
    • To our U.S. customers: Please note that orders valued at $800 or less (including shipping) will not incur additional fees.
    • We recommend you check with your country's import regulations to see if there will be any additional costs before you receive your order.

Shipping Partners

We use Royal Mail’s International Tracked service for USA & Canada, providing full tracking on all shipments for peace of mind during delivery.

Returns & Shipping Issues

  • If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt (e.g., unavailable recipient or incorrect address) or refusal to pay applicable customs duties and taxes, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • If the item is not returned and is instead disposed of or destroyed by customs due to non-payment of fees, no refund will be issued for the goods.

Exchange Rates & Currency Conversion

  • Prices are displayed in GBP on the website. However, when customers from the USA or Canada view your store, prices will be converted to USD or CAD at checkout based on the current exchange rate.
  • The exchange rate applied is determined at the time of purchase
